Frans Vandeputte, Chef of the gastronomical restaurant of the “Château de Strainchamps” is a member of the “Académie Culinaire de France”.

Created in 1883 by Joseph Favre  (1849-1903),  the Culinary Academy of France is the oldest association of Chefs and Patissiers of the world.
